Heard Mr. Bhosale, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Joshi, learned APP for the State. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant is not pressing the application for applicant no.1, Santosh.

On the basis of information given by the informant namely Chatrabhuj Crime No.69/2017 is registered against the applicant with Patoda Police 1/2

02appln2403.odt Station District Beed for the offences punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 327, 452, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the contents of the first information report and the other papers of investigation, it appears that there is no evidence against applicant No.2. Learned APP has fairly stated that since there is no evidence against applicant no.2 and he can be granted pre arrest bail. Hence the application is allowed.

5.

In the event of arrest of applicant No.2 in connection with Crime No.69/2017 of Patoda Police Station District Beed, he shall be released on bail on his executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 10,000/- [Rs. Ten thousand only] with one solvent surety in the like amount.

6.

Criminal application is disposed of.
