We have heard learned AGP who appears for respondent no. 2 by referring to the affidavit-in-reply submits that pursuant to the directions of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1611 of 2018 dated 09 February 2018 a decision has been taken and it has been duly communicated to the petitioner vide communication dated 24 August 2018 Exhibit R-2.

By the order of which the petitioner has been seeking compliance on his representation for increasing the age of superannuation of the Principals and Lecturers working under the Department of Social Welfare, has been considered and decided pursuant

to the government decision dated 23 August 2018 Exhibit R-1. Since the order has been complied with, nothing survives. 4.

Contempt Petition is disposed of.
