These two petitions are emanating from order dated 16.01.2024 passed below Exhibit-5 by trial Court in Petition No.E299 of 2021. The petitioner was denied interim maintenance whereas the son is awarded interim maintenance of Rs.9000/- per month. Husband and wife both are aggrieved by the impugned order. The proceedings for maintenance are filed in the year 2021 under Section 125 of Cr.P.C which are still awaiting final adjudication. 2.
Learned counsel for the parties assure that they will cooperate the Family Court in disposing of the main petition finally.
2 927(ii).CR.WP-5072024.doc Instead of deciding the matter, I find it appropriate to relegate the parties to the family court for expeditious disposal of the matter. 3.
Both the petitions are disposed of with a direction to learned Family Court Judge, Nanded to decide Petition No.E-299 of 2021 expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from today.

Both the parties shall co-operate the trial court in deciding the matters. The interim arrangement made by the trial Court shall not be disturbed. It shall continue till disposal of proceedings in Family Court at Nanded or till minor attains majority. [ SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.] vsj..
