By the present application, the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No.I-26 of 2016, registered with Bhingar Camp police station, Ahmednagar.

It is brought to my notice that the first information report in the aforesaid crime is quashed by this Court vide judgment and order dated 19th July, 2016, passed by this Court in Criminal Application Nos.3122 of 2016 and 3123 of 2016.
