The petitioner is aggrieved since her claim for benefits of selection grade pay scale as per the government resolution dated 04-041990, in view of her completion of 24 years of qualifying service on 01-03-2013, has been forwarded to respondent No. 4 and yet not decided. By now, the petitioner has

(2) superannuated.

In view of the above and as an innocuous relief is sought, we are not issuing notice to respondent No. 2.

This petition is, therefore, disposed off.

We expect, respondent No. 2 to consider the communication dated 15-09-2020 issued by the Headmaster of the School and accordingly take a decision as regards the entitlement of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 30-09-2022.

Needless to state, if the petitioner is entitled to the benefits, the monetary benefits

(3) shall be computed by following the due procedure and the payments of the arrears shall be made on or before 30-09-2022. All incidental and consequential benefits would be extended to the petitioner.
