After arguing for some time, Mr. Patil seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition, however, he prays that directions may be
{2} 933, 935 and 940 sr. nos..odt issued to the respondents that any action taken by the respondents, during the pendency of the respective original applications, preferred by the petitioners before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT), shall be subject to the outcome of those original applications. 3.
In that view of the matter, petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petitions. It is made clear that any action taken by the respondents in pursuance of the transfer orders, shall be subject to the outcome of the respective original applications, pending before the MAT, at Aurangabad.
