Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the petition was filed, challenging the order dated 05.06.2024. The notice for recovery was issued in pursuance to the action taken by the Bank under Section 107 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act. However, now the Petitioner has paid the outstanding dues to the Respondent No.3/Vaijnath Appa Saraf Marathwada Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd. and the Bank has also issued 'no dues certificate'. A copy of the 'no dues certificate' is produced by Mr. Agrawal who appears for the Respondent No.3/Bank. The same is marked as Exhibit-X for identification.

In view of the same, the petition has become infructuous
