We have heard Mr. Palodkar, the learned advocate for petitioners.

Mr. Gaikwad, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 3 submits that, the Municipal Council, Georai has passed a resolution to the effect that the original lay out would be followed and now e-tendering would not be taken up, as far as plots allotted to petitioners are concerned.

The respondent No. 3 has placed on record resolution dated 30th October, 2018 and the relevant communications. Same are
