Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for respondent No.1-Insurance Company and learned counsel for respondent No.2. Perused the application.

The applicant seeks permission for withdrawal of the decretal amount of compensation deposited by the respondent No.1-Insurance Company in this Court.

In view of nature of subject matter, I do not find any impediment to allow the applicant for withdrawal of entire amount of compensation deposited in this Court on behalf of Insurance Company along with interest accrued thereon subject to condition that applicant shall furnish undertaking to refund the entire amount so withdrawn in case of any contingency arise in the appeal. Registrar [Judicial] of this Court to take necessary steps. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of as per prayer clause "B" in above terms.
