Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the instant petition raises challenge to the order passed in Misc. Civil Appeal No.39/2016, which was arising out of the order passed in Regular Civil Suit No.209/2013. He submits that RCS No.209/2013 is disposed of as settled in mediation, by order dated 25.03.2025. Hence, the instant petition has become infructuous. He tenders across the Bar a copy of the order dated 25.03.3025 in RCS No.209/2013, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification purpose.
