DATE : 18th MARCH, 2021 PER COURT :- Both the applications are moved by applicant-Acquiring Body for condonation of delay. There is delay of 763 days caused in filing appeals to challenge the Judgment and Award dated 24th October, 2017 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Paranda, in Land Acquisitions References No. 144 of 2014 and 487 of 2016.

Heard learned respective counsels for the parties. 3.
Learned counsel for applicant points out that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant, thereby explaining delay caused in filing first appeals. He submits that, the delay is bonafide and not intentional. If delay is condoned, no prejudice would be caused to other side. 4.
The non-applicants have not filed reply opposing the applications for condonation of delay. Learned counsel for non-applicants orally opposed the applications.

Considering the reasons stated in the applications, I find it sufficient and justifiable reasons for delay caused in filing first appeals. 6.
The civil applications are allowed. The delay is condoned. Civil Applications are disposed of.

Office is directed to register the appeals and place the same for admission.
