PER COURT :- The administrative decision in respect of allotment of funds for the development of areas comprising of predominant minority population is subject matter of challenge in the instant petition. According to the petitioner, the respondent State authorities have not adhered to the guidelines issued in respect of allotment of funds for development. The issue of allotment of funds for development is purely an executive decision of the State Government. An affidavit has been presented on behalf of respondent No.4 wherein it is stated that the procedure contemplated under the Government resolution dated 22.9.2015 has been adhered.

Since the decision in respect of allotment of funds is purely an administrative/executive action of the respondent State authorities, we do not propose to cause any interference in the instant petition in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under article 226 of Constitution of India. However, it would be open for the petitioner to approach the concerned Government official for redressal of her grievances and the concerned authority, considering the merit of the proposal of the petitioner, may take appropriate decision in accordance with the policy prescribed by the Government.
