Learned advocates for the respective sides submit that they have no objection if this Court hears this matter. 2.

The petitioner is before this Court with a grievance that though, his Revision (ULP) NO. 28/2017, along with an application for interim relief is pending before the Industrial Court, the interim application Exhibit U-2 has not been taken up by the Industrial Court for hearing. This Court (Coram: P.R. Bora, J.) by order dated 09/05/2017 has directed the parties to maintain status quo.

Both the learned advocates for the respective sides aggree that the Industrial Court may either decide application Exhibit U-2 or Revision (ULP) No. 28/2017 itself, since arguments on interim application would in fact be arguments in the Revision Petition.

Considering the above, both the learned advocates pray for the disposal of this petition.

In the light of the above, this petition is disposed of by continuing the ad-interim protection granted by this Court by order dated 09/05/2017, till the disposal of the Revision Petition. The Industrial Court may endeavor to decide Revision (ULP) No. 28/2017, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on/or before 31/10/2017. Needless to state, the ad-interim protection granted by this Court would not influence the Industrial Court while deciding the Revision Petition. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) S.P.C.
