The applicants ares seeking regular bail in Crime No. I16 of 2016 registered at Ashti Police Station, District Jalna, for an offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 307, 494, 506, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is not in dispute that all the family members of the applicants are named as accused and injury suffered by the

2846.16crapln -2complainant is simple in nature. The investigation in the matter is almost complete. No fruitful purpose will be served by further detention of the applicants.

In view of above, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the following order:- The applicants be released on bail, in connection with Crime No.Crime No. I-16 of 2016 registered at Ashti Police Station, District Jalna, for an offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 307, 494, 506, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount, by each of them.
