This application is for bringing heirs of applicant No.4 Kantabai on record. She died on 28.08.2017. No steps could be taken immediately after her death when the matter was in the Tribunal. Applicant Nos.1 to 3 are her heirs which are already on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is desirable to allow the application. As applicant Nos.1 to 3 are on record cause of action survives against them, only formal declaration is needed.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A", "B" and "C".
