At an earlier point of time, upon hearing Bail Application No. 2342 of 2024 on merits, this Court expressed its disinclination to grant bail. Consequently, the applicant withdrew the said bail application on 04/03/2025.

Now, within a short span of time, the applicant has 昀椀led a successive bail application. However, in the absence of any substantial change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the second application at this stage.

Considering the above, the Court 昀椀nds no merit in the present application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed ( ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J. ) vj gawade/-.
