Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the Applicants for grant of regular bail in connection with CR No.19/2014 registered with Police Station, Kotwali, District - Parbhani for the offences punishable under Section/s 363, 366, 344, 346, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

[2] Heard Mr. Ameya N. Sabnis, learned counsel for the Applicants and Mr. U.S. Mote, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Maharashtra.

[3] The main thrust of the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicants is that since the charge sheet is filed, further custodial presence of the Applicants is not required.

2/2 cri.appln. 3028.15..sxw [4] Merely because the charge sheet is filed that does not mean that the accused should be released on bail. while releasing the accused on bail, the court has to look into the seriousness of the accusation made against the accused, in the charge sheet. [5] The Applicant No.2 before this court is the mother of victim. According to the First Information Report, Applicant No.2 alongwith her daughter left the house and they were missing, therefore, initially missing report was lodged. Ultimately, during the course of investigation the Applicants alongwith the victim were found at Jaypur in the State of Rajasthan. Statement of girl is also recorded. Said statement clearly shows that present Applicants were intending to sell the said girl. That fact itself is sufficient to deny the Applicants to be released on bail. Hence, Criminal Application is rejected.
