The grievance of the petitioner is only with regard to excess charges levied upon him with regard to allotment of the embarkation point from Aurangabad as compared to the charges payable for taking the Haj flight from the Mumbai airport. It is contended that as excess amounts have been charged to the petitioner, his pending representation with Respondent No.3 - Haj Committee, needs to be decided at the earliest. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.

We direct Respondent No.3 to consider the request of the petitioner for a change of embarkation point from Aurangabad to Mumbai or to charge the same rates as are chargeable at Mumbai while allotting the embarkation point at Aurangabad. The petitioner will once again forward the same representation to Respondent No.3, on the e-mail address mentioned in the Petition, within fifteen (15) days from today. Thereafter, Respondent No.3 would follow the due procedure laid down in law and decide the representation of the petitioner, within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receiving the e-mailed representation.

In the event, the petitioner is found to be entitled for a refund, Respondent No.3 would consider the said request for an early refund.
