It is not a matter of dispute that petitioner has been inducted in employment as nominee of freedom fighter and that she has not secured any benefit as a member of Scheduled Tribe category. Though caste certificate issued in her favour was referred to the Scrutiny Committee, she tendered affidavit before the Committee informing that she does not have any desire to claim benefits as a member of Chatri Scheduled Tribe and as such, gave up her claim. Scrutiny Committee, accordingly passed order directing invalidation of the tribe certificate. Petitioner has apprehension that as a result of invalidation of caste certificate, the department may issue certain adverse order. Petitioner is not in a position to point out any adverse order passed by the department. Since petitioner has been appointed from amongst the category of nominee of freedom fighter, the apprehension expressed by petitioner is unfounded. There is no cause to approach this Court.
