The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has passed his 10th standard from institution situated outside the State of Maharashtra, but has passed his 12th standard from the institution situated within the State of Maharashtra. It is contended that the petitioner is domicile of State of Maharashtra. 2.

Mr. Jagatkar, learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 submits that the notification has been issued and the applications are being accepted of the students who have passed 10th standard from the institution situated outside the State of

502-wp-5872-2018 (2) Maharashtra and have been passed 12th standard from the institution situated within the State of Maharashtra, if they are domicile of the State of Maharashtra for courses to the Health Science Course.

In view of the said statement, the purpose of the petitioner stands served.

Writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
