This application is filed by State seeking leave to file appeal against judgment and order dated 20.03.2021 passed by the learned Special Judge, Jalna in Special Case (ACB) No.27 of 2016.

Heard learned APP for applicant-State and learned advocate for respondent. Perused the impugned judgment and order.

On perusal of impugned judgment and order of acquittal, it prima facie appears that the judgment and is unsustainable. Hence, leave is granted to file appeal against judgment and order of acquittal dated 20.03.2021 passed by passed by the learned Special Judge, Jalna in Special Case (ACB) No.27 of 2016.
