This appeal is filed by the appellant/insurance company aggrieved by the award passed by the MACT, Latur in MACP NO. 41 of 2011 on 26-11-2012. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant, on instructions accepted the award passed by the tribunal, under challenge and states that the appeal may be disposed of as withdrawn and appellant may be allowed to withdraw the deposited amount. He has filed separate pursis seeking permission to withdraw appeal which is taken on record and marked
