Heard Shri Urgunde, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri Bhagat, learned APP for the State.

The applicant is an under trial prisoner for the offence punishable under sections 302, 307, 120-B, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.70/2015 registered with Kalamnuri Police Station. 3.

The petitioner was arrested in connection with the aforesaid crime on 01.06.2015. The present application is moved by the applicant seeking bail to the limited extent i.e. for seven days to attend marriage ceremony of his son which is scheduled to 1/2

Bail for a limited period appears to be just and proper. In the circumstance the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) subject to condition that the applicant should attend Kalamnuri Police Station every day and after the bail period is over, the applicant should surrender to the Jail authority immediately.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
