Heard learned Counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.P. for respondent No.1 and Mr. Kodale, learned Counsel holding for Mr. Gunale, learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 / claimant.

The impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court is stayed till final decision of the appeals, subject to condition that the applicant deposits entire compensation amount awarded by the Court together with accrued interest thereon in this Court within four weeks from today. In case of default in deposit of compensation within the prescribed time limit, the interim stay order shall stand vacated, without reference to this Court.
