(I) Criminal Appeal No. 6/2002 is allowed. The Judgment and Order dt. 10.12.2001 passed by the learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge,

sgp APEAL6.2002Op order.doc Dhule, convicting the appellant u/s 376 & 506 of IPC in Sessions Case No. 71 of 2001, is set aside. The appellant-accused stands acquitted of offence u/s 376 & 506 of the IPC.
