The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had approached this Court against an interlocutory order. However, during the pendency of this writ petition, Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.85/2019 has been decided and the petitioner has succeeded in the said appeal. He, therefore, submits, on instructions, that this writ petition may be disposed off as being infructuous and liberty may be granted to the petitioner to raise the issue if an occasion so arises. Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as being infructuous.

In the event, an occasion arises wherein, the impugned order is at issue, the contentions of the petitioner assailing the said order are kept open.
