Heard. Perused the allegations in the first information report and also the observations made by the Sessions Court.

I am not inclined to entertain the application for anticipatory bail.

However, as the first information report is lodged in the month of March, 2017, in that view of the matter, the Investigating Officer to complete expeditious investigation and take appropriate steps, as expeditiously as

2426.17appln possible, and preferably within four weeks from today. Failure to complete the investigation within stipulated period, subject to co-operation by the accused, would entail enquiry of the concerned Investigating Officer by the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad.

Application is disposed of in the above terms.
