In view of that the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of an alternate remedy available in law. In the meanwhile, for a period of seven days the respondents may not take coercive steps pursuant to the amount bill. It is made clear that after lapse of seven days the protection shall come to an end. The petitioner may make appropriate prayers before the forum. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
