Heard. This petition is filed seeking direction to respondents to decide the proposal dated 13th June, 2009, submitted by the petitioners to open and run additional divisions of Vth to VIIth Standards by petitioner no.2 school and grant such permission.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner may submit fresh proposal in accordance with the existing procedure / policy. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, we grant liberty to the petitioners to file fresh proposal within four weeks from today to open and run additional divisions of Vth to VIIth Standards of the petitioner no.2 school and upon receipt thereof, respondent no.4 to consider the same in accordance with the Rules, and if found viable, forward the same to respondent no.1 through respondent no.2.
