PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Irale Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, today also there are three vacancies. The petitioner is transferred against the Rules and the Government Policy. According to the learned counsel, till date charge is not given to the petitioner even at the transferred place. Learned counsel further submits that, petitioner has given representation (Exh.E) (page 36) thereby requesting to allow the petitioner to work at the same place even on the basis of couple convenience. 2.

Mr. Tope, learned counsel for respondents submits that in case, said representation is pending, the decision on the same would be taken on its own merits, as per the Government resolution and policy. In light of that, we pass following order.

O R D E R

The respondent no.1 shall take decision on the representation of the petitioner (page 36) expeditiously, on its own merits, in accordance with law and Government Resolution preferably within two months.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
