The learned counsel submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the revenue authority has been partly allowed and the matter is remitted back for re-inquiry with regard to the mutation entry. The villagers are illegally lifting the soil and the officers are not prohibiting them. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that the petitioner has remedy before the Civil Court. 2.

The petitioner is seeking injunction against the villagers. The villagers are not before this Court. The petitioner has an effective alternate remedy before the Civil Court with regard to injunction. 3.
