After a pass over, the learned Senior Advocate along with Mr.D.R. Deshmukh and Mr.Rajat P. Untwal, the learned advocates submit, on instructions, that the Corporation is agreeable to consider it's representations dated 6th April, 2021 and 25th November, 2020 with regard to the cause of action put-forth in this petition. 2.

The petitioner, therefore, desires to withdraw this petition and address the Corporation in the light of the reported judgments, which according to the petitioner, would decide the fate of it's grievance.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.

Needless to state, the petitioner is at liberty to file written notes of submissions along with compilation of case law, to address the Competent Authority. 5.
