Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Headmaster of the Institution has forwarded proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners from unaided to aided post. According to the learned counsel, the proposal is submitted on 17.01.2015 and again reminder is issued on 28.05.2015. No decision is taken on the same as yet.

Learned AGP submits that in case, the said proposal is pending with the Education Officer, the Education Officer would decide the same on its own merit. In the light of that, we pass following order:

1. In case the proposal is submitted by respondent No. 4, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners on aided post and the same is pending with the respondent No.2 Education Officer, the 1/2

respondent No.2 shall decide the said proposal on its own merit expeditiously and preferably within four months. 2.
