The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. I-114 of 2016 registered at Vaijapur Police Station, District Aurangabad, for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 325, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered on 06/05/2016 for the alleged incident dated 04/05/2016.

Perused the investigation papers.

The main role is attributed against Sachin. It is informed that he is already released on regular bail by Sessions Court on 30/05/2016.

The role attributed to the present applicant is that of use of fist blows in the commission of crime.

In view thereof, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order the release of the applicant on bail. Hence, the following order:- The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No. I-114 of 2016 registered at Vaijapur Police Station, District Aurangabad, for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 325, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms 7.

This Court has noticed so many discrepancies in the typed copies of the first information report. In view thereof, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to direct the applicant to deposit costs of Rs.1000/- (Rs. One thousand only) to Library, High Court Bar Association, Bench Aurangabad within period of one week from today and accordingly directed.
