Learned Advocate Ms. S.T. Jadhav h/f learned Advocate Mr. S.A. Nagarsoge seeks accommodation. However, it is to be noted from the order that is passed by us on 19.03.2025 that 'C' summary has been filed by the police before the learned Trial Court. 2.

Learned APP now submits the report in that respect. It appears that the 'C' summary has not yet been decided by the concerned Magistrate in any way. It is the concern for respondent No.2 in fact and not the present applicant who has been added as an accused. 3.

Under such circumstance, we dispose of the application with liberty to the applicant to come before this Court as and when occasion arises in future.
