The petitioner has challenged the order dated 03/05/2017, by which, the committee appointed by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bhusawal, Dist. Jalgaon, has informed the petitioner/Society that it is taking over the charge. This Court has issued notice on 11/05/2017, but has not granted interim relief to the petitioner. 2.

Pursuant to the letter of the appointed committee, dated 03/05/2017, the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, for administrative reasons, has modified the order and has released

the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Chalisgaon, from the said committee. The petitioner is now assailing the said order dated 17/07/2017, on the ground that the petitioner desires to conduct the election of the society as per Rules. 3.

Leaned AGP appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 6, seeks time to consult the appropriate authority in order to ensure that the elections to the society can be conducted. 4.

This matter was, therefore, called out after lunch. At this juncture, learned advocate for the petitioner/Society submits that the statutory authorities under the Co-operative Societies Act are expected to facilitate the holding of elections of the petitioner/Society as per Rules. Learned AGP submits on instructions that the new elections to the petitioner/Society would be conducted as per Rules within a period of three months. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the petitioner/Society is willing to render every cooperation to the statutory authorities for enable holding elections.

As such, by recording the statement of the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP, this petition is disposed off.
