The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 101 of 2016 registered at Udgir City Police Station, District Latur, for an offence punishable under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code and

Perused the contents of the first information report. 6.
In my opinion, till the investigation papers are received, it will be appropriate to extend ad-interim protection to the applicants. Hence, the following order :- (I) In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the applicants be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. 101 of 2016 registered at Udgir City Police Station, District Latur, for an offence punishable under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(1)(s), 3(1)(x) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount, by each of them.
(ii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station initially on 17th and 18th June, 2016 between 10-00 and 12-00 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer. [ N.W. SAMBRE, J. ] Tupe/09.06.16
