DATED:

7th June, 2017.

ORAL JUDGMENT (Per Anoop V. Mohta, J.)

Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally by consent of learned counsel for the parties. We are inclined to dispose of all these writ petitions as similar points are agitated so also the grievances are basically against impugned order dated 18.02.2017 / 28.04.2017. The petitioners contend that, no show cause notice was given to them prior to issuance of the impugned orders.

We are inclined to permit petitioners to make representations to the concerned respondents within a period of 10 days. The respondents to deal with the same as early as possible and preferably within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the representations.

Considering the facts and the circumstances as also the reasons recorded above, pending the decision on the representations, we direct that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioners based upon the impugned orders till the communication of decision on their representations by the concerned respondents to the petitioners. All points are kept open.

Petitions are accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the decision if it is adverse. No costs. (SUNIL K. KOTWAL) (ANOOP V. MOHTA) JUDGE JUDGE vmk/
