Initially, the applicants were claiming such withdrawal only in the name of one of the claimants. However, the learned Counsel for the applicants now submits that the bank accounts in the names of all the applicants are now opened and, therefore, the

{2} ca9897.22.odt compensation amount can be deposited in such accounts. The appeal is already disposed of and, therefore, all the applicants are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount of Rs.3,44,278/- along with the accrued interest thereon till date.
