The applicant Bhagubai @ Bhagirathibai Karbhari Shelar is seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs. 4,34,384/- along with the interest accrued thereon. Admittedly, the aforesaid amount has been deposited by the original respondent - Acquiring Body as per the order dated 30.11.2016, by which, the First Appeal No. 2945/2015 filed by the aforesaid applicant for enhancement of the compensation is disposed of. However, at the time of disposal, there was no order of withdrawal of the enhanced amount. As such, the said amount of Rs. 4,34,384/- along with the interest accrued thereon till date, be paid to

the applicant in the name as shown in the application itself on necessary undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
