Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent no.3. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that in response to letter dated 27th March 2015, written by the District Social Welfare Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur, the petitioner will submit fresh proposal along with necessary documents, as expeditiously as possible, however, within four weeks from today.

Upon receiving such proposal, appropriate authority i.e. respondent no.3 shall take final decision on such proposal, as expeditiously as possible, however, within ten weeks from the date of receiving such proposal.

With the above directions, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
