CORAM : R.M.BORDE & P.R.BORA, JJ.
DATE : 02nd July, 2015 PER COURT:
Perused the order passed by us on 05.01.2015 in PIL No.14 of 2014.
An inquiry has been conducted, as directed by us, in paragraph no.4 of the said order. The Commissioner, in his discretion, was also directed to take appropriate action, as deemed necessary.
It does appear that report has been placed before the authorities and it is for the concerned authorities to take appropriate action. There is no willful disobedience of the order passed by us in PIL No.14 of 2014.
Instant Contempt Petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
