This petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to produce Sambhaji s/o Tulshiram Tidke before this Court by issuing writ of Habeas Corpus or order in the like nature against the respondents.

Learned APP submits that the aforementioned person has been traced out by the concerned Police Officer and he is produced before this Court today. The concerned Investigating

731.15crwp Officer, who is present before the Court, submits that he has ascertained that the said person is the same Sambhaji s/o Tulshiram Tidke. In addition to this, learned Counsel for the petitioner also submits that the person produced is Sambhaji s/o Tulshiram Tidke.

In that view of the matter, since the said person is produced and he is free, the prayer in the petition is satisfied. Petition stands disposed. In view of disposal of the petition, criminal application does not survive and the same also stands disposed of.
