Heard. This is an application for cnacellation of bail on the ground that the respondent No.2 - accused has threatened the applicant herein. If the offence of threatening has really taken place, the police machinery is there to take care thereof. The report of the investigating officer indicates that the respondent has not breached any of the condition of bail. As such, there is no substance in the application for cancellation of bail. The same is rejected.
