1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that respondent no.1 had filed appeal against the order of the learned Commissioner, Workmen Compensation before this Court. The said appeal is partly allowed. The applicants are the original claimants in the Appeal. The names of the applicants in the Claim Petition are different as the applicants have got Aadhar cards and other documents. In the said Aadhar card, name of husband of applicant no.1 is mentioned as 'Rameshwar' whereas in the claim petition it was mentioned as 'Ramu. Therefore, it is necessary to make correction in the name of the applicants in the title cause of

9223.22CA the claim petition as well as Appeal memo, as after receiving the Aadhar cards and other documents, the names of the applicants have been changed. Initially, name of applicant no.3 is mentioned as 'Vitthal Ramu Vaval', it has become '

Vithal @ Balaji Ramu @ Rameshwar Vaval', it be corrected. Due to marriage of applicant no.2, the name of applicant no.2 is changed, hence, it is necessary to make correction in the appeal memo, appeal is partly allowed and it is necessary to withdraw the amount deposited before this Court by the appellant, hence, requested to allow the correction in the title clause of the appeal. 2] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
