Heard counsel for Applicant. Perused the

Application for bail. The sentence imposed is of period of three months. The counsel states that the Applicant was on bail during the trial and after the conviction the trial Court has suspended the sentence.

It would be appropriate to suspend the sentence during pendency of the Appeal and to grant bail to the Applicant.

The Application is allowed. The sentence of imprisonment of the Applicant is suspended during pendency of the Appeal, which has been admitted, Subject to the Applicant furnishing P.R.B. and S.B. in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) in the trial Court. The Applicant be admitted on bail. While admitting the Applicant to bail, the trial Court shall add condition that Applicant shall mark his presence in the trial Court every three months till disposal of the present Appeal. The trial Court
