This is a proceeding for quashing the criminal case arising out of F.I.R. No. 243/2022 registered with Sangamner City Police Station Dist. Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 427, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148,149 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned A.P.P., on instructions, submits that the investigating officer has submitted a report under Section 169 of the Code of Criminal Procedure qua the present petitioners and few other persons.
