The present writ petition take exception to the order dated 14.05.2025 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer Beed in ROR Appeal thereby vacating the stay granted on 09.05.2025. 2.

Heard the learned advocates for the respective parties. 3.

Since the present writ petition is arising out of ad interim order and substantive appeal is pending before the Sub Divisional Officer Beed, which is now posted on 04.08.2025 for hearing, the writ petition can be disposed of as follows:

(a) The writ petition is partly allowed.

(b) The Sub Divisional Officer Beed shall hear the parties on 04.08.2025 and render final decision within a period of three weeks thereafter. The learned Sub Divisional Officer shall take into consideration the observations made by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6075/2023 particularly in para No. 1/2

40 WP 6581 OF 2025.odt 35 to 41. The appeal shall be decided on its own merits. (c) Till the disposal of the appeal the interim relief granted by this Court under order dated 20.05.2025 shall continue.
