The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners have given representations for accommodating on the available vacancies with the Zilla Parishad, Beed and for non payment of salary. There are vacant posts available. The position in the year 2008 has under gone change from the year 2018.

We have hared the learned counsel for the respondents/Zilla Parishad and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

In view of the fact that, the representations have been

2 wp 7748.21 given by petitioners at page 43 and 44, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed shall consider representations of the petitioners as per available vacancies and also take decision with regard to the payment of salary expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from today. 4.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
