No.271 of 2021 pending on the file of Family Court, Nanded, instituted by respondent No.1 is transferred by this Court, at the instance of applicant No.1, to the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pimpri Chinchwad, District - Pune, in Miscellaneous Civil Application No.
